Mrs. Jewel Jones received a telegram informing her that her son First Lieutenant Donald W. Jones, died in airplane crash on November 26, 1945. However, when she received the telegram, she was reading a letter from her son dated December 15, 1945. Despite the contradicting letter, Mrs. Jones in convinced her son is dead.
