Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) Officials are pictured here. They are, from left to right, M. F. Clark, Ed Travis Junior (Jr.), William M. Berry and Jack Jaynes. Mr. Clark recently returned from military service and was appointed to head the air-men's branch. He is wearing double breasted suit. Mr. Travis is superintendent of the airports branch. He is wearing an unbuttoned pinstripe suit. Mr. Berry will head the new department of personal flying. He is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit. Mr. Jaynes returned to the Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) after forty-seven months serving with the Army Transport Command as a Lieutenant Colonel. He was promoted to assistant regional administrator. He is wearing suit and holding a cigar. Everyone is wearing neckties. The men are standing shoulder to shoulder in front of a window.
