Mr. Dodson is the mayor of Decatur, Texas, and a past international president of the Lions Club. He is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit and tie. Mr. Gillis is a past president of the club and the host of the annual dinner for the club at Hotel Texas. He is wearing a double breasted suit and tie. Colonel (Col.) Hyer is a past international president of the club. He is dressed in his military uniform. The men are sitting at a dinning table. There is coffee and pie ready to be served.
