Veterans were welcomed back to the sales staff of the Hinckley-Tandy Leather Company. They are left to right, Doug Hinckley, Alfred R. Tandy, Sam Bertino, Pete Wynne, and Dave Tandy. Mr. Hinckley, Dallas manager, served eighteen months overseas. He is wearing a tweed suit. Alfred Tandy of the office in Houston, Texas, served fifteen months overseas with the Air Force. He is wearing dark colored suit. Mr. Bertino, of the Houston office, was in the Air Force four years. He is wearing a pinstripe suit and shaking hands with Dave Tandy. Mr. Wynne, of the West Texas territory served twenty month overseas. He is wearing a suit and a striped necktie. Mr. Dave Tandy welcomed the quartet back at a luncheon held at the Hotel Texas. He is dressed in a three piece pinstripe suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 31, 1945.
