Description
Wayne Floyd Holmes, four and half year-old, is one of the many Fort Worth children whose Christmas week celebrations were marred by accidents of various kinds. Wayne is suffering from punctured windpipe and body burns received when he played with firecrackers in his home. He is laying in a crib with his arm around a toy monkey. There is also a comic book in the crib next to him. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition December 30, 1945.
