Colonel and Mrs. Clifford T. Ayes exchanging Christmas presents. The former Japanese prisoners arrived in Fort Worth, Texas to spend the holidays with Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Langlois, 1211 Washington. They examine gifts under the first real Christmas tree they have seen in over three years. Col. Clifford is wearing his military uniform. Mrs. Ayes is wearing a blazer and a skirt. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, December 24, 1945.
