    Description

    Among those who attended the American Legion, Department of Texas, convention in Fort Worth, Texas, were, left to right, Harry L. Skillman, of Fort Worth, Texas, commander of Post 477, and H. V. Royston, of Waco, Texas. They are standing against a blank wall. Skillman is wearing a pinstripe suit, striped necktie and a hat with "477" printed on it. Pinned to his suit jacket is a name tag and a ribbon that reads, "Reception." Royston is wearing a suit and a striped necktie.
