Mayer, Fort Worth, Texas, division manager of Consolidated Vultee Aircraft Corporation; Lieutenant Colonel Tom Dooley, McKinney, Texas, General Wainwright's aide on Bataan and throughout imprisonment; Mrs. E. G. Parker and E. G. Parker, co-chairman of the Tarrant County War Finance Committee, and Lieutenant Colonel Marshall H. Kennedy, commanding officer of the 27th Battalion, Texas State Guard.
