Description

Richard Duke, 13, left, sounds a blast on an Italian bugle sent to him by his brother overseas. Friends Jimmy Morgan, Wayne Hall and Jack Scott are standing beside him, left to right. The boys are standing on a balcony above spectators who are watching the parade welcoming General Wainwright to Fort Worth, Texas. All four boys are wearing coats.
