    Pat Barnes, 10, of 3209 W. 4th Street, sought to impress General Wainwright with a knockout uniform boasting almost every conceivable patch and insignia. She is wearing a scarf around her head and gloves. The uniform consists of a long coat decorated with patches, and trousers. She is standing in the middle of a group of people who are watching the General in the parade.
