A veteran of 42 months in the navy, Walter Elmas Lattimore, local photographer, received his discharge recently is home with his family. When he was discharged on his return to the States, he held the rating of photographer's mate first class. Lattimore, who specializes in children's pictures, has opened a studio. He is standing against a wall, wearing a suit.
