Texas Pan-American Association elected officers and adopted by-laws at the first meeting of the board in the Chamber of Commerce. Officers seated, left to right, Santiago Leal, Ricardo M. Uriarte and Gustavo Ortiz Hernan. Standing, left, Effrain G. Dominguez and Jack Danciger, right. Mr. Leal, general manager of the Mexican Confederation of Chambers of Commerce, spoke at the meeting. Mr. Uriarte, of Mexico City is vice president of the Mexico Confederation of Chambers of Commerce. He was chosen president of the organization. Mr. Hernan and Mr. Danciger were also chosen to serve on the committee. Mr. Dominguez, Mexican Consul in Fort Worth, Texas, also spoke at the meeting. The five men are dressed in suits. Mr. Hernan is smoking a cigarette.
