Cadet sponsors for the junior and senior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (R. O. T. C.) units at Amon Carter Riverside High School were given honorary commissions as majors this week by Captain William Head, commandant of the school. The junior high school units elected, left to right, Lena Scully, Ann Blanton and Norma Bailey. They are standing against a bare wall, wearing their uniforms.
