Attending the six-day convention of Oil Workers International Union (OWIU), which opened at Hotel Texas, were three of the executive councilmen. Left to right, they are W. A. Hanscom of Rodeo, California, T. J. McCarthy of Washington, D. C., and D. R. Stewart of Hammond, Indiana. They are all wearing suits. Mr. Stewart is wearing eyeglasses.
