Description
T. Grover Harrell, left, president of North Fort Worth Kiwanis Club, presents a plaque to Newell H. Riveire, right, and Bradley Burks. The members have completed their duty as Army majors, and the plaque is in appreciation of their war service. Colonel Edgar H. Keltner, Cleburne, Texas, witnesses the presentation. He is wearing his military uniform. Col. Keltner was a prisoner of the Japanese for three-and-half years. Mr. Swift is wearing a double breasted suit. Mr. Riveire is wearing a dark, double breasted suit. Mr. Burks is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit. The presentation was done at the First Methodist Church followed with a luncheon.
