Judge Frank P. Culver Junior, right, and Mrs. Culver chat with Doctor Kenneth McFarland a nationally- known educator of Topeka, Kansas at the annual "Ladies' Night" Kiwanis party at the Hotel Texas. Judge Culver was installed as the club president and Doctor McFarland gave an after-dinner talk. Mrs. Culver is wearing a dark-colored gown and a head piece while the men are wearing tuxedos. There are several other guests sitting in dinning tables behind them. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 8, 1945.
