Description
Phil Chadwick, center, is charged in the "Green Dragon" narcotic case, trial of which starts July 1, 1940, in Federal District Court. Chadwick is accused as head of the Green Dragon narcotic syndicate. He is alleged by the government to have been the Southwest representative of the nationwide drug smuggling syndicate. He is shown wearing a suit and partially covering his face with a handkerchief.
