Two of the 28 defendants in the "Green Dragon" narcotic case for which preliminary hearing was held June 28, 1940, in United States District Court in Fort Worth, Texas. The defendants are Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Ross. They are shown sitting on a bench. Mr. Ross is wearing a double-breasted suit and a hat. Mrs. Ross is wearing a blouse, skirt and earrings.
