Many a prewar vacationing Texan has looked out his Monterrey hotel window at the purple shape of Saddleback Mountain heard the bell of the cathedral brushes aside souvenir sellers. In Fort Worth, Friday,Doctor Eluid Garcia Trevino reported packed hotels in his city through which most of the travelers to Saltillo, Valles, Mexico City and Cuernavaca must pass. Upped too, is the industrial program of Monterrey one of Mexico's biggest manufacturing cities. In the picture you can see Dr. Trevino wearing a striped suit, collared shirt, tie , and eyeglasses. In the background there are a couple of paintings hanging, one of them being the Mexican flag, and a railroad map. There's a chair to the right side of the picture.
