Description

Wise County Homecoming, Decatur played host Friday to families of 649 Wise County 1,900 war veterans. Jo Ann Hill, left, and Connie Van Meter pin identification cards on Master Sergeant James P. Womack, a ferry command flight engineer with 18 months overseas service and 60 transatlantic crossings and Technical Sergeant Lester C. Rasbury, "Lost Battalion" prisoner of war. In the picture you can see the two ladies wearing dresses and pinning the two veterans , whom are wearing their uniforms.
