Description

Members of the 1940 National Range Tour visited ranges and ranch homes in Texas. Among those who made the tour through Texas were, left to right, Joe Lane, of Roswell, New Mexico, and Grover C. Hill, former Texan now Assistant Secretary of Agriculture at Washington, D. C. They are standing outdoors. Mr. Lane is wearing a long-sleeve collared shirt, paisley print necktie and a hat. Mr. Hill is wearing a collared shirt, suit jacket, necktie and a hat.
