Description
George W. Parker, United States district clerk who recently celebrated his 50th anniversary with federal court for the Northern District of Texas, is presented with silver pitcher and goblet by the Fort Worth Bar Association at ceremonies in the court room. Walter Scott, member of the association, is making the presentation. In the picture you can see Mr. Parker sitting down and receiving the award. He appears to be wearing a striped suit and eyeglasses. Mr. Scott is handing him the trophy; he also appears to be wearing a suit and eyeglasses.
