Vinsant, President of the North Fort Worth Garden Club, and Mrs. Guy Foley, Chairman of the Fall Flower Festival, held Thursday in Boulevard Methodist Church. The three ladies are holding some flowers. Mrs. Farmer is wearing a skirt suit, Mrs. Vinsant is wearing a dress and Mrs. Foley is wearing a striped skirt suit.
