Attending the second annual meeting of the Permian Basin Association at Odessa, Texas, were, left to right, Harry Wiess, of Houston, Texas, president of the Humble Oil and Refining Company, and John W. House, of Midland, Texas, division superintendent of Humble Oil Company. They are standing outdoors, both wearing suits and neckties. Each has a name tag pinned to their suit jacket.
