    Description

    The Community War Chest is kicking off their 1945 campaign, asking Fort Worth, Texas, residents to "give gratefully." Participating in the campaign, left to right, are J. B. Thomas, W. H. "Bill" Wright, and W. C. Mayer. They are attending the opening banquet at the Hotel Texas. Mr. Thomas is chairman of advance gifts. He is wearing a double-breasted suit with a bow tie. Mr. Wright is co-chairman of the employee division. He is dressed in a three-piece suit. Mr. Mayer is chairman of the drive publicity. He is wearing a double-breasted suit. The campaign is driving toward a goal of $590,364.
