Mayor Roscoe L. Carnrike is dotting the last "i" to make the week of October 14-20 officially Community War Chest Week. The young citizens backing the Mayor, left to right, are Eileen Buckmaster and Roy Kelley. Mayor Carnrike is wearing a three-piece suit. Miss Buckmaster is with the Camp Fire Girls. Mr. Kelly is the highest ranking Boy Scout in the Fort Worth, Texas, area. Both are dressed in their respective uniforms.
