Mayor Roscoe L. Carnrike is dotting the last "i" to make the week of October 14-20 officially Community War Chest Week. The young citizens backing the Mayor, left to right, are Eileen Buckmaster, Roy Kelley, and Mimi Hicks. Mayor Carnrike is wearing a three-piece suit. Miss Buckmaster is with the Camp Fire Girls. Mr. Kelly is the highest ranking Boy Scout in the Fort Worth, Texas, area. Miss Hicks is representing the Girl Scout Mariners. All three are dressed in their respective uniforms.
