    On hand to receive visitors to the second annual meeting of the Permian Basin Association at Odessa, Texas, were, left to right, Ralph Oberholtzer, of Seagraves, Texas, retiring vice president, J. L. Green, of Midland, Texas, retiring president, George Elliott Junior, of Odessa, Texas, vice president, and Wilburn Page, of Midland, Texas, executive secretary of the association.
