Description
Female golfers throughout the country are preparing for the Women's Texas Open Golf Tournament. The tournament will be held at the Colonial Country Club, in Fort Worth, Texas. Tuning-up their games, left to right, are Mrs. R. M. Torgerson, Mrs. J. L. Dunn, Mrs. J. W. Carter, and Mrs. W. K. Stripling Junior. Mrs. Torgerson, is shown bringing her club back to drive the ball off the tee. She is a Metropolitan Champion and medalist from Long Island, New York. She is dressed in a button-up shirt, and a skirt. Mrs. Dunn is wearing a button-up dress. Mrs. Carter is dressed in a collared shirt and trousers. Mrs. Stripling is wearing a button-up dress.
