Description

Union members are picketing outside the Convair production plant in Fort Worth, Texas, after an unauthorized walkout shut down the factory. American Federation of Labor machinists are making way for an automobile, carrying Army personnel, to enter the plant. Only a maintenance crew was allowed past the line as 8,000 workers were kept from their jobs by the unauthorized strike.
