C. A. Tolin, of St. Louis, Missouri, is the production manager for the western region of the Ralston Purina Mills Company. He is in town to address employees at the Fort Worth, Texas, plant. The company is announcing a post-war expansion program, doubling capacity at the Fort Worth plant in the next two to three years. In addition to the expansion news, more than 200 employees are receiving bonuses based on a percentage of annual salary. Mr. Tolin is shown sitting at a desk. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. There are two filing cabinets in the background.
