    Description

With the war over, an order was issued to burn all expired accountable forms. Carrying out the order, left to right, are D. T. Crouch and Mrs. Etta V. Martin. The rationing coupons they are burning represent thousands of gallons worth of gasoline. Mr. Crouch is the Tarrant County War Price and Rationing Board supervisor. He is dressed in a pinstripe shirt, necktie, and trousers. Mrs. Martin is the accountability clerk with the board. She is wearing a floral dress.
