Alan B. McClelland is an amateur radioman. With the relaxation of restrictions on amateur broadcasting, Mr. McClelland is returning to his station, W5FOA. Mr. McClelland is a former employee of Civil Aeronautics Administration (C. A. A.) in Washington, D. C. He is shown in his radio room, transmitting a message over his station. Mr. McClelland is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, and trousers.
