Description
A staff of five are working on the Fort Worth Expressway Project, under the direction of engineer-manager E. C. Woodward. One of the staffers is F. E. Lovett. He has been an urban designing engineer with the State Highway Department for 24 years. He is also an associate member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Mr. Lovett is shown standing against a wall, dressed in a pinstripe suit.
