Description
A staff of five are working on the Fort Worth Expressway Project, under the direction of engineer-manager E. C. Woodward. Two of the staffers, left to right, are Bruce Reed and J. M. Bingham. Mr. Reed served 28 months overseas with the 5th Army. He was a Technical Sergeant at the time of discharge. He is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, and trousers. Mr. Bingham is a decorated combat veteran with the Army Air Forces. He served 22 months as a B-26 navigator. He recently went on inactive status and is now an instrument man at the office. He is dressed in a button-up shirt, trousers, and a necktie tucked into his shirt. There is a map hanging on the back wall.
