    Description

    The National Aeronautics Association is holding their annual meeting in Fort Worth, Texas. In attendance and standing behind a podium, left to right, are Mayor Roscoe L. Carnrike, Lowell Swenson, and R. W. Cantwell. Mr. Carnrike, mayor of Fort Worth, is making plans for airport improvements to meet the needs of postwar flying. He is dressed in a suit. Mr. Swenson is the general manager of the national asociation. He is wearing a suit. Mr. Cantwell is president of the Fort Worth chapter and presided over the dinner. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. There is an American flag hanging on the wall in the background.
