New officers for the Texas state council of the National Aeronautics Association are being elected in Fort Worth, Texas. Pictured, left to right, are Herbert Joseph, Robert H. Bean, R. L. Bowen, Fred Lindall, and Mrs. R. J. Cardwell. Mr. Joseph, of Fort Worth, is the treasurer. He is wearing a dark, double breasted suit. Mr. Bean, of Lubbock, Texas, is the second vice president. He is dressed is a double breasted suit. Mr. Bowen, of Fort Worth, is the retiring president. He is wearing a double breasted suit. Mr. Lindall, of San Angelo, Texas, is the new president. He is dressed in a suit. Mrs. Cardwell, of Bryan, Texas, is the third vice president. She is wearing a dark dress and a brooch.
