    Description

The Funeral Foursome are hitting the links at the Colonial Country Club to practice for the upcoming Women's Texas Open Golf Tournament. The group gave themselves the moniker "Funeral Foursome" for reasons of their own. Posing with their clubs, left to right, are Mrs. Judy Simmons, Mrs. Madge Wise, Mrs. Juanita Chambers, and Mrs. Kay Sewell. Mrs. Simmons is wearing a hat, blouse, and a pinafore dress. The other three women are dressed in blouses and skirts. They are pulling their clubs on cart trolleys.
