Air Marshall Sir Arthur Coningham commander in chief of the RAF flying training program, and Lieutenant General Barton K. Yount. Coningham is shown getting off of an airplane to meet with Yount and shake his hand. Coningham appears to be in high spirits as he shakes Yount's hand. Behind Coningham is an unnamed man walking down the steps leading out the plane and behind Yount is another unnamed personnel. All of the men are shown dressed in military uniform.
