Description
Air Marshall Sir Arthur Coningham (left), commander in chief of the RAF flying training program, and Lieutenant General Barton K. Yount. The duo is shown walking outside on a sidewalk engaged in a conversation. Both men are dressed in military uniform, with Coningham adjusting his hat as he walks. This is Coningham's first visit to the United States. Behind the duo, a crowd of men and a few landed air-crafts can be seen, as well.
