R. W. Tanner, 66, Mrs. Lera D. Hancock and J. H. Fowler attending North Texas Agricultural College (N. T. A. C.) event. The trio is shown standing in front of a wall, looking to their rights. Mr. Tanner, faculty member for 15 years, is shown smiling widely. He is being retired to part-time. Mrs. Hancock, wearing a short-sleeved, buttoned dress with stripes, will begin her first year as acting dean of women. Mr. Fowler, wearing a dark suit and a pair of eyeglasses, will be resigned from his position as the manager of the Exchange store on campus.
