Left to right: Frank Oldham of Waco, Texas; John J. Ray, 100 years old, and W. H. Telfair of Port Arthur. The trio of men are shown standing behind three wooden podiums, looking forward. Each of them are wearing suits with patterned ties. Mr. Telfair is also wearing a pair of eyeglasses. Behind the trio is a long wall tapestry with various symbols all across it, hanging from the ceiling. Many men can also be seen either seated or standing further back and looking on.
