A Cleanup Campaign is sweeping through Arlington, Texas. The citywide trash collection will be held Thursday and Friday. Participating in the campaign, left to right, are Doctor J. D. Collins, Mayor Wylie F. Altman, Julian B. Blackwell, and Doctor W. B. Nies. The man at the right is not identified. Dr. Collins is an Arlington health director. He is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, and trousers. Mayor Altman is the mayor of Arlington. He is dressed in a striped shirt, necktie, and trousers. Mr. Blackwell is president of the Arlington Lions Club, the organization sponsoring the drive. He is dressed in a short-sleeve shirt and trousers. Dr. Nies is the Tarrant County health director. He is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, and trousers.
