A Cleanup Campaign is sweeping through Arlington, Texas. The citywide trash collection will be held Thursday and Friday. Applying final touches to a map, left to right, are Mayor Wylie F. Altman, Doctor J. D. Collins, and Julian B. Blackwell. Mayor Altman is the mayor of Arlington. He is wearing a striped shirt and a necktie. Dr. Collins is an Arlington health director. He is wearing a dress shirt and a necktie. Mr. Blackwell is president of the Arlington Lions Club, the organization sponsoring the drive. He is dressed in a short-sleeve shirt.
