Description

Four of the 23 candidates who will compete for selection as queen of Grapevine, Texas', sixth annual Cantaloupe Festival on June 28. The contestants are, left to right, Kathryn Estill, Hazel Champion, Anita Wilkerson and Mary Louise Hinds. They are standing outside. Miss Estill is wearing a solid colored dress with a high neckline and a belt of the same fabric with a bow in the middle. Miss Champion is wearing a light colored dress with dark buttons down the bodice and a belt at the waist. Miss Wilkerson is wearing a floral print dress and a multi-strand necklace. Miss Hinds is wearing a floral print dress and a chain necklace with several floral pendants. She is also wearing a watch on her left wrist.
