Description

Lieutenant Colonel William E. Dahl is returning home to Fort Worth, Texas, after two years overseas. He was greeted by his wife, Mrs. Ruth G. Dahl, and their 13-year-old daughter, Anna Ruth. Colonel Dahl served as a military government officer for the 3rd Armored Division and later with the 15th Army. Before entering the service, he worked as an associate attorney with the firm of Samuels, Brown, Herman, and Scott. He is shown standing against a wall, dressed in his military uniform.
