Fort Worth, Texas, citizens joined the Chamber of Commerce's master postwar planning committee in urging the City Council to hold a bond election for issuance of $20,-500,000 in bonds for a 10-year municipal improvements program. Left to right are Galen H. McKinney, general chairman of the planning committee, Mrs. R. D. Evans, president of the Fort Worth Federation of Women's Clubs, and Homer Covey, president of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. Standing at the far right is an unidentified man. All the men are wearing suits and Mrs. Evans is wearing a dress.
