    Joe Pieringer, president of the Fort Worth Junior Chamber of Commerce, Mrs. T. J. Harrel, president of the Fort Worth Garden Club, and L. R. Scott, of the Riverside Civic League, joined with other Fort Worth, Texas, citizens to urge the City Council to hold a bond election for issuance of $20,-500,000 in bonds for a 10-year municipal improvements program.
