Description
An international tea was given by the junior group of the Week-Day Bible School at the University Christian Church. The tea was dedicated to Mrs. Terry King, secretary emeritus of the Texas Mission work of the Christian Churches. The picture shows, left to right, Maria Harper, Peggy Jean Ragan and Marianne Oliver. They are sitting on the floor. Maria is serving Peggy some food out of a large bowl with a wooden spoon. Maria is wearing a striped dress. Peggy is wearing a dress with buttons down the bodice and ruffles on the collar and sleeves, and a necklace. Marianne is wearing a floral print dress. Mrs. H. V. Shank was in charge of the tea and Mrs. S. H. Jenkins is director of the school.
