Description

Arnold Davis, leader of a minority faction within the Tarrant County Republican convention, stood on a chair and began conducting a rump session after the majority convention had overruled a minority report. Supporting Davis were Alfred Crager (second from left), W. A. Brents (third from left), and Thomas E. Ball (on Davis' left). They are all wearing suits.
